Do not buy this boot if you plan to walk alot; after a month wearing them at work and having changed insoles several times, as well as used combinations of gell and superfeet, there is no hope. I have gotten tendonitis in the large toe, and the ball of the foot sometimes hurts from the gait this boot forces on one (due to the ripple not going all the way to the tip of the sole). Save your $, spend a little more and buy a good brand.

so these are a pretty nice boot so far. I only gave three stars because of the size problem. I ordered one size smaller then I wear and they were still too big? So I ended up buying another pair 2 sizes down. Still waiting for that to be shipped.

I am in Afghanistan and only waited three weeks to get the boots. Gave as a gift and have a pair myself. Very inexspensive for a great boot.

These boots were terrible. I didn't wear them an entire day before both soles were seperating from the boot. The toe was marred and they don't breath very well. The heel and ankle support was good but from a brand new pair of boots I expected it to be great. I'm assigned in Afghanistan and the conditions here are hard on any pair of boots. I did expect them to last more than one day. The cost of return shipping was high, Thats my lesson to never give serious consideration to a pair of Rothco boots again.
